Got my guitar today [X-mas present from Georgi D - thanks man!]. Upgrades and installs: CSE HTML Validator has been upgraded to 3.03. CRT has been upgraded to 2.3. Netscape Communicator has been upgraded to 4.5. Mapedit has been upgraded to 2.44. Frodo 4.1a has been installed. Norton Utilities has been installed.

More photos from the Pol. Amb. session has been exposed. Great suff. Working on the sleeve... We are planning the release party - no details untill next year.

The concerts at Røde Mølle this weekend went very well. I mixed [audio] on the four concerts in the fully crowded bar. That was quite an experience as I have never had this job before. Unexplainable it went quite good. The artists i did was Red Rhino, C.A.B., Echo Image and EPA. Gratulations to Atle Marcusen and Andrè Appelgren for a great festival!

From January I work only at St. Croix huset so you can no longer reach me at E6 - Østfold medieverksted. Good luck in the future to E6! Marry christmas and a happy new year from the to everyone who reads this.

There was a x-mas party at E6 yesterday and we showed Golden Gate to our guests. I got my sound equipment down from Røde Mølle to St. Croix huset and then we went and had beers.

18:00 today Østfold Medieverksted has an video screening at St. Croix huset. Should be nice. Come! 20:00 this Friday is Julerock`98 in Lille sal at St. Croix huset. Four bands. 30,- NKr.

Pol. Amb. update: Watched through the video recordings we did on Saturday. We got about 24 minutes and there is defenitly
some music video material there. The second studio session took place today. Knut was there with us and gave an oppinion or two. We got a bit further on Seq. 2. Linda is working on the photos.

Started working on Pol. Amb. in Beta a couple of days ago. That went very well. It was great working close
with Morten again after such a long time.
Updated the AUDIO page heavily to the unrecognizable, but that's OK.
It is now 05:16 in the 'morning' and we're going out to do a photo session for the CD.
Session ended 11:30. Some equipment was broken due to the heavy wind, but we probably got som neat shots. Linda Ed. will have the first photos ready on Monday and yes, she is added to Famous members of the Flamenco Peko. We also recorded some film and audio to a S-VHS-C tape. There will be a video for one of the tracks on the CD. The song titles on Pol. Amb. Seb. Okt. will be Seq. 1, Seq. 2, etc.

Spent all evening with Morten and Rino of Kvarts musikk. There will be 200 numbered copys of the record plus some promos. We hope to start working on the music tomorrow. The cover will be of standard jewel case / hard cover typeand the tentative release date is 01-06-1999.

Lavfidelisk went very well. 100 - 150 people were there. The feeling was very good and different throughout
the whole evening and the event was well documented.

It's been a strange week and it's bound to get stranger. Kvarts musikk gave us a record deal for Pol. Amb. Seb. Okt. Label: Moira. Catalog number: 98004. Price: 50,- nkr. It will be recorded at Beta el division and I'll make the recordjacket. Talked some details with Morten H. and we seemed to imediately agree on everything.
We have been working on Lavfidelisk aften all day and will continue to do so tomorrow.

Hurray! Got an IBM Deskstar 10GXP 10,1 GB, 7200 rpm hard drive today.
I am workin very hard on the site everyday, although every detail isn't listed here. Design and navigation is constantly getting closer to satisfaction.

Flamenco Flame for Oktober was indeed sent out, even improved a bit.

Høstrock is over. It was nice.
Underdose released their debute EP CD tonight. I'm in the thanks list. The cover also has a Fredrikstad collage including Kjell, Hans and Marie.
Støy newspaper is also released. I have an article called 'Heng' in it.
Thinking about adding a 'slightly related' section to DISCO.

We're rigging for Høstrock '98. I'll be stagehanding during the show on Saturday 19:00 at St. Croix huset. Marie's band Subcats is playing there. They're reall tight. Georgi D. Gitarer gave me some OK blue phono cables [interesting?]. His website is improving, sound clips will be added soon and I'll probably get a guitar early next year.
[off-topic:] Kim Hiortøy has rejoined U: Filter and went to Penlyd studios. That was aired on NRK 2 on Wednesday.
SciFi is working on a 'search this site' cgi script for us. I tried it some days ago. Incredible - thanks.
There was a whole page interview with Marie in FB this week.
Gave those polar ambient sounds to Morten Hattestad in hope of getting a 'deal'. Linda Ed. and I also did an article from their studio for the Støy newspaper from E6, that by the way has a new horrible URL: www.ome6.of.no.
New hard disk will be added this weekend - an IBM 10,1 GB 7200 rpm. That will be a neat pluss to my Western
Digital Caviar 1,5 GB. Will upgrade to Win98 while at it. My Win95 can't keep up for more than five minutes without a bug!
Flamenco Peko will NOT play at Lavfidelisk Aften as we have not rehearsed enough.

Sony CD player is back from repair. Morten had his 18th birtday. Party at Beta el division. Gratulations.
Raz Naz played a terrific gig at St. Croix huset. Christer Ed. taped it and we're fooling around with an idea of doing a Live At St. Croix Volume 2 record.

Got my video interface card running again and took some stills from those 8mm films I found. Was in Sarpsborg yesterday and Askim the day before yesterday to promote Lavfidelisk Aften. Recorded some more computer game music some days ago.
Sebastian and I recorded some quite random samples in his synth / Atari studio at St. Croix a couple of weeks ago. Knut and Hans convinced me that it sounds good. It's a lot in the polar ambient vain and will probably be used for something.
Sunday the 4th I worked at the Deep Purple concert in Oslo Spektrum. Got to work a bit in the roof - first time for that.

Recorded a tune for a computer game with the working title Snako last night. Hans gave spiritual guidance.
Marie was here yesterday. I listened to the new Kid Mikado demo that Stian produced, etc. Great wibes.
We no longer have Focus Studios as someone bought the building. Hans and I was there and cleaned up a bit

Lavfidelsk Aften is taking shape.
Installed Winamp 2.0. I'll probably make one skin for the new version, due to the new eq and playlist, but keep the old one online as well. Bøckmann saw that commercial I'm in - for about three to four seconds on NTV2 about a month ago.

Last Friday a movie, in which I have the main role, called San Francisco, premiered at Røde Mølle.

The first concert at Fliseboden happened yesterday. It was fantastic, illegal and free and there was a lot of people. All our respect to the Underdose guys. We're looking foreward to play there ourselves.

Kjell wrote an article on alcohol in FB some days ago. I'll have the main role in a 2-3 minutes film that will be shown at Filmklubben, Røde Mølle as an intro at every screening this season.

My computer is going to overhaul tomorrow so there won't be any updates for some days. I'm getting a new
motherboard, more ram, a new paralell / serial card, and a new hard drive.
Thanks to my good friend Jan Petter for giving me 3000,- for taking care of things while he is in jail.
They're certainly needed for that equipment.
The next MC Peko tune I'll start working on is Appocalypso. Hans had that perfect title and will be
supplying the source clean trad session as well.
As we use a lot of Javascript I'm trying to actually learn some from a book I leant at the library.
I'll provide the soundtrack for a minimalistic PC game made entierly by my home boy Dirk.

Just got back from the show at Valle Hovin. Had a great time. Free food, arcade, alcohol, sweets,
everything. Great crew.
Did some good things on Bossaneo before I left, but lost them. Not to wory I'm still in good spirits, and will repeat the ideas. The tune is coming on great.

Great unbelievable news: Sci-fi discovered a great service that gives away free cool URL's. I have as of today registered listen.to/dis-go. And uploaded the site. This marks a major change and a kick in the right direction. The .gif animation at the bottom of all pages now take you to the 1, 2, 3, Let's Dis-go! page.
This [Flamenco Peko] site is no longer called 1, 2, 3, Let's Dis-go! In fact it no longer has a name - just
Flamenco Peko web site. If someone has name sugestions send 'em in.

Spent the day at work playing an old broken piano, audio and video recorded it and dubbed that. Also I found some old 8mm film from my parents' wedding, me and my sister very young etc. A new music video is soon in the making.
Picked up two copys of SFTLE at Posten on Monday. One for Tanja one for me. Very cool record. Check it out.
Got a diploma for our video from that festival.

We worked at Beta last night. Morten has decided to move the mix room to the play room and vica- verca. I'm not to crazy about that idea. I'm starting to add people's coments to the songs pages. A lot of this will naturally be in Norwegian and not trancelated. There will defenitly be more Norwegian on the page in the future. I'll add a link to a trancelating service.

Went through "Darkening" and "Hurt Back" with Sindre today.
"I Kissed You Hello" video was shown at Hotell City last Tuesday. I was supposed to say a few words about it on stage, but couldn't attend due to illness.

Benni's Musikk and OneRecord wants demo tapes for signing a record deal for one Cd-single with one artist.
We'll give them the songs we have recorded on a CD.
Definitly no updates untill next month as I'll be out of town.
We're listed with Like Always for the Motorpsycho tribute album. Deadline for contibutions is 15th of april.

My computer has been for repair. But now it has 96 Mb RAM.
Recorded Darkening with Hans on drums and Magnus Abelsen recording. It's not mixed yet.
Recorded 1963, South Carolina with Tanja on vocals yesterday. Will do some more on it and send it to Krank Records.
U:filter has changed broadcast time from Mondays to Wednesdays 21:30. I was on it for some moments, but they did not show any of the Flamenco stuff - sad. It was my first time on national TV though. You can see the stuff with me right here when I get a video card for my PC. Next month I start working at E6 - Østfold Medie Verksted. That probably means we can make some more Flamenco videos. I'll also probably take some other work offers to make some money for equipment, and such.

I have asked them for a cataloge with detailed prices, and we hope to press Secret Single there, later this year.
Tanja and I will record 1963, South Carolina for the Songs From The Loosing End LP tomorrow or tonight.
I've kept in contact with both Filip of Krank Records and Mari Grydeland of U:Filter, NRK2. Filip wants a more quiet tune for his compilation, and that's why we decided on 1963, South Carolina as it is also shorter and won't harm the quality by pushing the time limit for the vinyl. Tomorrow is ofcource the big day as we're shown for some seconds on national television.
Changed the visited link colour from purple, that was barely readable, to orange, that is the same colour as the headings. That made sense.

Big, big thanks to Morten's father who worked hard during the hollidays to improve the playing room at Beta el division.
Ok, here's the details: The festival is called Visions Of Light, and is a Nordic/Baltic film festival. The demo cut of our video has been sent for recomendation by the people at E6 Østfold Medie verksted. This thing is happening 27 - 29 May (10 to 18 years) and 29 - 31 May (19 to 25 years). A lovely girl named Mari Grydeland, from our national TV station NRK2 did an interview with me today. She also filmed me working on the Flamenco site and I showed her around town. I will send her our video and some songs.
