	Friday 24-12-1999 [Christmas] Morten paid a visit and helped me record Back In The Woods on Tuesday. Happy x-mas and millennium to all Flamenco listeners.
	Sunday 19-12-1999 Lengthy and melodic: Winter Comes Twice. Knut on theremins. Knut has also added theremins to Dope Rock. Kjell and Marie has moved to Trosvik and we're looking forward to do some recording together again.
	Thursday 16-12-1999 Working on a MBV cover with Hans: Don't Ask Why. Very short, very sexy and brand new: Run Into My Arms. Dreamweaver jumps from 2.0 to 3.0. Fantastic upgrade.
	Friday 10-12-1999 Bossaneo and SFTLE v2.0 are reviewed in the latest popopdrops news letter. There is talk of a Micromars / Cafe 2001 compilation cd next year including EPA, Remmington Super 60, Flamenco Peko and Påsan. This is completely tentative. Today is LuciaRock at St. Croix huset. I'll do the lights. Come to the show, it's 50,- for 4 great girlie bands and Seb. has done a superb tape just for the occation.
	Tuesday 07-12-1999 I've always had a problem with playing other peoples' material, but tonight I've recorded my first cover: Hotter Than Hell was originally recorded by Kiss in 1974. Get it later this week when the finishing touches are down.
	Sunday 05-12-1999 .mp3's Darkening and I Kissed You Hello are up. So are lyric scans of I Kissed You Hello and Secret Love.
	Friday 26-11-1999 Cover for Seq. 1 single is printed. Members page has been a mess, untill now. CuteFTP upgraded to 3.5.3. It's a great improvement and so I have finally uploadet most of the .mp3's. Made a new lo-fi rock melody tonight: Dope Rock.
	Monday 15-11-1999 Later today, at 19:00, the first Flamenco Peko concert is taking place at Gleng bokcafè. I will play[back] some tunes from Secret Single. It's a free 10 minute show. Håkon is providing lights and company.
	Wednesday 10-11-1999 Secret Single cover is printed. Greets and thank you's to Ivan for lending me his smooth HP DeskJet 895Cxi colour printer. At last I got the 8 track tape of Darkening from Abel, the guy who recorded it. Nice, now I only need an 8 track recorder to get a mixdown.
	Monday 08-11-1999 I'm now the lucky owner of an old 500 watt, black Strand Electric [Norwegian lightening company] profile. Started cleaning up the hardware section and removed MIX section because it wasn't becoming anything. A cool, small, new feature is up: [site] captures.
	Thursday 04-11-1999 Bought a black Ibanez Roadstar II bass guitar from Stian / Pen Lyd.
	Sunday 31-10-1999 Recorded Tanja's voice for "Today", "1500 Hours" and "I Explore" yesterday. You can also hear her on "Love Of Today" and "1963".
	Saturday 30-10-1999 Got SFTLE v2.0 a couple of days ago. Lovely compilation. Good studio session last night, the new tunes are: Blue As You, Nothin' Going On and untitled instrumental. Added some vocal to Is Love King? That's the voice of my beautiful girlfriend.

	Friday 15-10-1999 Kontraster is doing well. Several things are happening including an exhibition with 2m x 2m blowups of 20 pages from the book, including my two contributions. Secret Single is finally happening [next year]. These are the new details: CD, 100,- kr, soft cover, 15 tracks. A bunch of lo-fi recordings we had laying around. Hacker / Gloom v1.0 is up. A crisp polarish theme for your desktop.
	Saturday 09-10-1999 There was a problem with Knut's e-mail, but it's fixed. I wasn't comfortable working for the state anymore, so I quit my job at St. Croix. Expect a couple of punkish tunes in AUDIO, ha ha. The first .mp3's are up. id3 tags included.
	Monday 04-10-1999 Software page is finished. Check it out nerds. The site launches with a brand new design. There was a release party for Stig and Linda's book Kontraster at Plaza. Stian, DJ Kiss and Sjel Jonas was DJing and a lot of people performed their contributions to the book. The local press has given the project much attention. Kontraster has been added to compilations. What might be the front cover of SFTLE v2.0 is added to DISCO. There's a party at Kvarts 16-10 and we'll talk about the forthcoming single, etc. Both Kvarts and we have needed some time to get things right and the single will be out in 99 as planned. Some theremin has been recorded for Pen Jakke's next year full length release, and we're recording some more. I've listen to half the disc and it will be a great record.
	Sunday 18-09-1999 Stian and myself will be at Pen Lyd to add some noise and things to Pen Jakke's forthcoming long play this weekend. Sony CRX120E-RP and WinOnCD 3.6 installed. Velocities: 4x 4x 24x.
	Monday 13-09-1999 New cell phone: Nokia 3210. New cell number: 976 88 160. Bøzz decided not to use my picture anyway, but the demo is out. So is Pathfinder's first recording. I'm on the thanks list. Thanks for the thanks. The site has a brand new design and will be launched in a couple of weeks.
	Monday 30-08-1999 My new phone number at work is 60 30 64 99. I've lost my cell and will have a new phone / number by mid. Sept. BIO section is now split into 3 features.

	Tuesday 01-08-1999 Storedalen is a beautiful place. We're going back soon to try some lights and ideas. Lot's of good people want to participate in the event.
	Tuesday 20-07-1999 Beta el division is rapidly evolving into a small studio [garage, shower, sink, toilet just added]. The meeting with Kvarts was enjoyable. New details: Seq. 1 will be pressed in 300 ex. plus 50 promo. Total playing time 25:15. We will probably have it mastered at Lydmuren. Seq. 1 will not be included on the next disc. We're meeting Hattestad 15:00 to look at a place called Storedalen kultursenter, where he wants us to do a live thing with the polar project.
	Saturday 09-07-1999 Great news: Both discs will be pressed at Gramofonove Zavody, Tsjekia instead of toasted at Kvarts. Sjel Jonas finished our remix before leaving for Quart. We got a beautiful more percussive rendition at aprox. 12 minutes.
	Thursday 01-07-1999 Torolf at Medieverkstedet agreed to do the video for Seq. 1 with us.
	Wednesday 30-06-1999 Sjel Jonas will remix Seq. 1 on Monday. BTW: He plays on the entire new Palace Of Pleasure record so check it when it's out.

	Tuesday 22-06-1999 What a wonderful time. Just got the artist list for SFTLE v2.0 and I'm included. My first solo release then!, on double vinyl!!, this summer!!! [Du er selvsagt garantert et gratis ex. Hans.] This is what Filip wrote in his mailing list: It seems like this will be a double LP release. Krank is again proud to present a bunch of lo-fi underground bands and artists. It will come late summer 99.. That's the plan. The bands (there may be some corrections): Brother JT, Homegroan, the glass beside yours, Douglas Experiment, DEL, Lady Die-Zoon, Aunt Agatha, Mc Peko, Kjertl del brondo group, Havergal, Aarktica, Origami Republika, Vlor, Remora, mrs Hippi, Faculty X, the Havanna Hoboes, Coup de foudre inferno, Magnetic Tapes, Dave Fischoff, Reynols, Ring, Morgan Kilronan, the spectral light and moonshine firefly snakeoil jamboree and the Panoply academy Glee club. We're having a meeting with Kvarts about Seq. 1, Pol. Amb. Seb. Okt. and a yet unofficial project at the coming Tuesday. 	Wednesday 26-05-1999 Had a splendid trip to Bergen. Recorded beautiful landscape pictures for the next video. BTW: The next video will be Seq. 1.
	Wednesday 19-05-1999 Linda, Håkon and myself are driving to Bergen with Pen Jakke this weekend. Watch it in PHOTO when we return. Working on a project based on Commodore 64 with Terje Røyter, a man with wonderful ideas. Knut has a new e-mail address: knurings@online.no. Knut has a new Pentium II 350 MHz, etc. computer. Gratulations.
	Thursday 11-05-1999 With the single and mini album being released and everything I figured it was about time to clean up a bit in DISCO. That section is now divided into four categories: Flamenco Peko discography, compilation, slightly related, and fictional records.
	Thursday 06-05-1999 Pol. Amb. Seb. Okt. is now set for release on the first of December, preceded by a single release on the first of August. The track that has been picked for a 100 ex, soft cover single release is Seq. 1, which will get a remix by Sjel Jonas for the 'b-track'. Hardware upgrade: new mother board.
	Saturday 09-04-1999 Thanks to Ounni for finally getting my camera back from repair. We celebrate with a small pictures series.

	Sunday 04-04-1999 Studio report: Yesterday was spent preparing for today's session with Sjel Jonas. We let Jonas listen to half the record and he did a marvelous first take. Love to my girlfriend.
	Thursday 01-04-1999 First off big gratulations to Pen Jakke for a great gig at Blå, Oslo last month. That was a great weekend. They have a CD maxi single out on dBUT, buy it. Also watch them live at St. Croix huset the 9th of this month. DJ Sjel-Jonas of the band mentioned above will be recording some scratches for Pol. Amb. at our studio on Sunday. The site is being resized to a width of 600 [instead of 750]. Slicker.

	Saturday 13-03-1999 The latest words from Filip about Songs From The Loosing End v2.0: wow.. I have a bunch of tapes laying around here at the Krank office. Very good respons. And becouse of this I did get a little delayed again..sorry guys.. Since I have a ordinary full-time day work, the Krank label things is something I must do in my spare time.. and..The spare time is mostly filled:-) So.. I hope I can release this compilation during the summer...
	Thursday 11-03-1999 Scanned the first pictures from '99. They are from a party at Glenn and Betty's apartment. Made one page for each year of photos.
	Monday 08-03-1999 Beautifull and lasting session with Knut and Morten at Beta some days ago. That will be Seq. 1.
	Friday 05-03-1999 Another compilation CD for bands based in Fredrikstad / Sarpsborg is underway. The F.P. track will probably be I Kissed You Hello. Uploaded PekoAmp 1.0 to winamp.com and got one out of five stars. Not to worry 1.1 is under way and will [to my knowledge] be the first Winamp skin to sport animated cursors. Also a black/white version is in the works. I'm working on a possible video for Power To Behave. Stian will be doing a pen-mix of Power To Behave. The hip-hopers are also working on a site.

	Monday 22-02-1999 Greetings to Atle and Andrè who threw a great party on Saturday. Morten got a VHS camera from his grandmother. Studio report: We just about finnished Power To Behave tonight. [Atle: Vi svir en CD til deg til uka.] Did some more vocals and keyboards and spent hours mixing. Will set up a page for it tonight. We're thinking about doing a remix of it for our debute record. The cover art is almost finnished.
	Sunday 21-02-1999 Installed FTP Serv-U 2.4a. Big thank you's to SciFi for a great tutorial to get me started. Going to Beta el to finnish Power To Behave in a couple of hours.

	Sunday 14-02-1999 Praise! My computer is up and running again. Thanks to SciFi [who now has a new adress: airborne@online.no]. Brand new layout for the update pages. There's a couple of new compilation CD's in the works: Sex, Drugs and EBM II and one for bands located in Fredrikstad. Power To Behave will be submitted for the later and perhaps some and stuff could fit in on that EBM record. Atle Marcusen of To Tonn I Seksti is the man behind these platters and he seemed possitive to include us. They are also throwing a party for all artist and workers from the festival at Kråkerøy this Saturday. Work on Pol. Amb. is continuing and we toasted a demo CD for the good folks at Moira.
	Thursday 01-02-1999 It has been a good day: Got started on the UKM thing. Paid E6 a visit. Got my first car, a grey Mitsubichi. Someone named Jonas sold us an Alesis Microverb for next to nothing. Smoked pot. Good Pol. Amb. session.
	Thursday 28-01-1999 Well, I havent posted enough here lately [going over site in Dreamweaver] but here's a wrap-up for January: The town unveiled it's millenium sculpture today and Håkon and Jørgen had the lights. It was about 20 below zero celcius and the whole park looked magical. Linda Ed. and myself along with Arne took some pictures. Did a first test print of the CD label for Pol. Amb. yesterday and found a way to get it to go all the way past the 'recomended print surface' into the hole. Looked through all of Linda's Pol. Amb. negatives and ordered a couple more. The chorus for Power To Behave has been recorded. Now we'll just have to patch it together. Appologies for not having sent out Flames for an eternity. You'll get 'em for all the months on the first of February. Got me a lovely Ekkofon Kombi 8000 from Anita at St. Croix huset for a bottle of red wine. 	Sunday 24-01-1999 At last I got my Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite from iTech. Sent a tape with Bossaneo on it to Krank. If Filip likes it I'm releasing my first solo effort on that new compilation vinyl with the working title Songs From The Loosing End v2.0.
	Sunday 17-01-1999 Started working on the chorus on Power To Behave yesterday. Bought a CD labeling kit on at Spaceworld on Friday. It's called Traxdata Pressit and cost me 500 NKr. Installed DesignExpess 1.1 that came with it. Submitted a writing called Gatesnakk along with an illustration to a book that Linda Ed. with Stig Roar is working on. They want it to be the first poem in their book. Great.
	Thursday 14-01-1999 There is a new song called "Power To Behave". We recorded half of it at Beta tonight. More upgrades and installs: Oscar 10.3.1 has been installed. Dreamweaver 2.0 has been installed. [Using it right now.] Haven't worked in this application since trying 1.0 on Mac when I started the E6 site. 3M Post-it has been installed. Audioactive Production Studio has been installed to start producing.mp3's, but ofcource we're having problems with it. Got some neat stuff for x-mas, a couple of records and a Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite from mom. Did a marathon work on a site for Folkeuniversitetet Fredrikstad with Martin M.M. some nights ago: www.fuf.cc.
